Student Council sponsors Cindy Holden and Fayleen Dodd took 5th grade STUCO members on a field trip to The Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma. Students assembled bags for the food bank's Backpack Program. The program provides kid-friendly, non-perishable and nutritious food to elementary students on Fridays during the school year. The students had a wonderful time giving back to the community and working together as a team. Together with other volunteers, they assembled a total of 2,946 bags which equals 7,856 lbs of food and 6,546 meals!
